Power Plant Protein combines three plant-based proteins enhanced with branched-chain amino acids, probiotics, digestive enzymes and medium chain triglycerides (MCTs). Pea Protein: The main protein in Power Plant Protein is Pea Protein, which makes up about 90% of a pea. It’s a high-quality protein rich in all nine essential amino acids (valine, phenylalanine, threonine, methionine, tryptophan, isoleucine, lysine, histidine, and leucine), crucial for muscle growth. Pea protein is also high in iron and zinc, providing 50% of the daily RDI per serve, which is especially beneficial for vegans and vegetarians.
